Welcome to The Talent Seed. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking and use of our services, including recruitment consulting, coaching and mentoring, and recruitment-related courses, offered to Talent Acquisition professionals, Hiring Leaders, Founders, and businesses ("Clients"). By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

Company: The Talent Seed.

Client: Any individual, company, or entity that books services with The Talent Seed.

Services: Recruitment consultancy, coaching, mentoring, recruitment-related courses, or any other services offered by The Talent Seed.

Session: An appointment, consultation, or engagement booked with The Talent Seed for the purpose of receiving services.

Agreement: The contract formed by booking and accepting the Terms.
2. Services Offered

Recruitment Consultancy: Tailored recruitment services for Talent Acquisition professionals, Hiring Leaders, Founders, and businesses. This may include talent sourcing, shortlisting of candidates, interviewing, assessment strategies, candidate offers and more.

Coaching and Mentoring: Personalised coaching and mentoring for individuals and teams related to recruitment strategies and career development.

Recruitment-Related Courses: A variety of training courses aimed at improving recruitment skills, knowledge, AI-related recruitment courses and effectiveness within organisations.
3. Bookings

Appointment Scheduling: Clients can schedule appointments through our website, email, or over the phone. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Talent Seed.

Confirmation: Once an appointment is confirmed, the Client will receive a confirmation email with details of the session, including date, time, and cost.

Payment Terms: Fees for sessions and services will be confirmed at the time of booking and are payable as per the agreed terms. Some services may require upfront payment, while others may allow payment after the service has been rendered.
4. Payment & Fees

Pricing: The prices for our services are displayed on our website or communicated directly to the Client. Prices may vary depending on the type of service, complexity, and duration.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Late Payments: Payments not made within the agreed timeframe may incur interest charges or service suspension until full payment is received.

Service Packages: Clients may purchase service packages, which may include discounted rates. These packages are non-refundable once initiated, unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Client must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a full session fee charge.

For Introductory Free calls: Notice of 24 hours rescheduling can be made in the website

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Any rescheduling made within 24 hours may be subject to an additional fee.

Company Cancellations: The Talent Seed reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
6. Refund Policy

Consulting and Coaching Services: Refunds for consulting and coaching sessions are not generally offered, except in cases where the Company cancels the session and rescheduling is not possible.

Courses and Workshops: Refunds for courses and workshops may be available if the Client cancels at least 7 days prior to the start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Partial Completion: If a service or session has been partially completed, no partial refund will be offered.
7. Service Delivery

Session Format: Services may be delivered in person, via video conferencing, or over the phone, depending on the agreement between the Client and The Talent Seed.

Session Preparation: It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure they are adequately prepared for sessions. The Talent Seed reserves the right to end sessions early if the Client is not prepared or does not engage.

Confidentiality: All information shared during consulting, coaching, or course sessions is confidential. The Talent Seed agrees not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the Client's consent, unless required by law.
8. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for booking and receiving services.

Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to behave professionally during all interactions with The Talent Seed. Harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

Compliance with Laws: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
9. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, materials, courses, and information provided during sessions and on The Talent Seed’s website are owned by The Talent Seed and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Non-Transferable: Clients may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any material or intellectual property provided by The Talent Seed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability

The Talent Seed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services in question.

The Talent Seed provides guidance, advice, and recruitment services based on the information provided by the Client. We do not guarantee any specific hiring outcome, employment decision, or result.
11. Force Majeure
The Talent Seed shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, fire, flood, strikes, and power outages.
12. Amendments
The Talent Seed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to Clients. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
